MetraTech utilizes SupportForce.com to provide our customers with a comprehensive online resource for support. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it is a quick and easy way to submit and track support requests, search published solutions, and more. Our support site is your dedicated resource for rapid support and problem resolution.

With MetraTech’s Support site, you can:

Consulting Services

MetraTech's Consulting Services team has expertise in the design, development, integration, data migration and end-to-end testing of large systems across a variety of platforms. Using a proven methodology, MetraTech manages system integration engagements in less time with significantly better results. MetraTech's Consulting Services also enable you to customize and extend MetraNet by leveraging your IT staff, or preferred system integrator.

Course Offerings

MetraTech offers a comprehensive course curriculum to ensure your team gets the most out of MetraNet. We offer a full range of courses designed for billing operations managers, marketing professionals and business analysts, customer service professionals, and systems integrators. Each course has been carefully crafted to ensure customer self-sufficiency.

MetraTech Education Services can also work with you to create customized training to ensure that the course content addresses your business problem and scenarios. Customized training can greatly accelerate the learning curve for your employees to fully understand how MetraTech has addressed your business needs.

Courses can be delivered either at MetraTech's training facilities or onsite at the client. In addition to classroom-style courses. MetraTech also offers webinars that allow certain courses to be delivered online. This cost-effective alternative allows students to take the course from their own office.

With Managed Services you can concentrate of your core business while qualified experts help you evaluate, manage and leverage your MetraNet solution. As a result, you get tangible results – reduced risk, improved service and lower TCO.

MetraTech offers the following three Managed Services many of which are also available from MetraTech's Channel Partners:

Managed MetraNet: MetraTech manages your licensed MetraNet solution running on your hardware located at your site.

Hosted MetraNet: MetraTech manages your licensed MetraNet solution on dedicated hardware running in MetraTech’s Internet Data Center (a world-class AT&T co-location facility located within 5 miles of MetraTech’s headquarters).

Outsourced MetraNet: The same as Hosted MetraNet except that the license and maintenance fees are bundled into monthly fees.

As can be seen in the figure above, these offerings may include “rented” MetraNet license and maintenance, billing operations (e.g., managing bill runs, data remediation, etc.) and network operations (e.g., firewalls, load balancers, backups, etc.).

MetraTech will partner with you to determine the optimal approach and scope of services to meet your business needs. For example, many of MetraTech’s customers, particularly ones with aggressive timeframes, purchased a MetraNet license and utilized the Hosted MetraNet offering until the solution had time to settle and they had time to empower their IT staff to bring the solution in house.
